Landon Wiebusch

Landon Wiebusch is a registered patent attorney with over 15 years of experience in IP covering diverse technology sectors.

Mr. Wiebusch has deep experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, portfolio management and providing strategic counsel for global corporations. He also has expertise in drafting validity and non-infringement opinions and developing strategic monetization strategies for small and mid-sized IP portfolios.

Additionally, Mr. Wiebusch specializes in preparing, prosecuting and licensing Standard Essential Patents for 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) mobile telecommunications protocols, as well as service provider equipment and consumer cellular devices that utilize those protocols.

Outside of work, Mr. Wiebusch enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an avid golfer and amateur marksman, and he enjoys following professional and collegiate sports. Mr. Wiebusch is actively involved in various alumni organizations and within his community.
