Grace Chang

Sangeun "Grace" Chang is a registered U.S. patent attorney with experience in the due diligence, preparation, and prosecution of patent applications for global corporations and individual inventors within technology sectors, including software, telecommunications, data encryption, medical devices, artificial intelligence, and electrical arts.  Additionally, she possesses the language fluency and expertise to draft responses to U.S. and Korean office actions.  

Before launching her legal career, Ms. Chang worked as an in-house tax consultant for a multinational corporation based in Seoul, South Korea,  analyzing tax issues for offshore investment projects and examining tax implications in multinational mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Chang is a Certified Public Accountant and completed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program in 2012. 

In addition to English, Ms. Chang is fluent in Korean and proficient in French.

Outside of work, Ms. Chang loves traveling with her family and enjoys exploring new cuisines. In her spare time, Ms. Chang is a dedicated reader of diverse literature, and she finds tranquility in the art of crochet and knitting.
